I was relocating outside of the Buffalo area, so it was important to have someone who would take the time to help guide me through a long-distance move. Colleen did just that—she met with me in person and walked me through what to expect during the selling process. From offering helpful suggestions to make sure the house showed well, to advising on the best time to list for maximum value, and explaining when and why to hold an open house—Colleen covered everything in detail.
She brought in nearly 100 showings and helped me review 30 offers. At first, I was overwhelmed by the idea of sorting through that many, but Colleen organized and presented them in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I felt confident that the offer we accepted was the best one for my situation.
